Bea Wray

​​Bea Wray coaches Christian business owners to thrive as stewards of excellent companies building impactful marketplace ministries.  She’s a Convene Chair leading Chrisitan CEO peer groups in Charleston.  Additionally, she is a preeminent keynote speaker and bestselling author. 

Bea has launched several high-tech and non-tech companies.  One exit which afforded Bea 6 years off on a resort bridgeless island where she dedicated her time to raising her three children is the backdrop of her engaging, heartfelt leadership primer: What an MBA Taught ME…But My Kids Made Me Learn. 

She has served as the Executive Director of the entrepreneurial non-profit The Creative Coast and was the Chair of the ForbesBooks Entrepreneurship Practice Group.  She holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Emory University.  Bea lives with her husband and children in Mount Pleasant, SC.
