  • Holy City Med offers a simple, transparent medical membership that includes unlimited Primary Care and Urgent Care visits for one predictable monthly fee. Members do not pay copays or deductibles for routine visits.

    If you are not a member, walk-in visits are available at a flat, affordable rate. This approach allows patients to access care without the complexity of traditional insurance billing.

  • Holy City Med operates on a membership-based model and does not bill traditional health insurance for Primary or Urgent Care services. This helps reduce administrative costs and keeps pricing clear and affordable for patients.

    Patients may still use insurance separately for services such as specialist referrals, imaging, or hospital care when needed.

  • Members can access pharmacy benefits that provide significant savings on more than 1,000 commonly prescribed medications. Many prescriptions can be dispensed directly in the office or delivered to your home, helping simplify treatment and improve adherence.

Appointments & Access to Care

  • No appointment is necessary. At Holy City Med, you can walk in during operating hours and be seen in seven minutes or less for both Primary and Urgent Care needs.

    This streamlined, walk-in model is designed to fit busy schedules and minimize wait times.

  • Yes. Patients can visit any Holy City Med clinic location for services, depending on availability. This provides convenience for those who live, work, or travel throughout the Charleston area. Holy City Med currently has locations in North Charleston and West Ashley.

  • Holy City Med has two convenient clinic locations in the Charleston area, serving patients in West Ashley and North Charleston:

    • 2039 Savannah Highway, Charleston, SC 29407

    • 5479 N. Rhett Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406

    Both locations offer Primary Care in the Charleston area in addition to Urgent Care and membership-based services.

Telehealth & Virtual Visits

  • Yes. Telehealth services allow patients to consult with a provider from home, work, or while traveling. A virtual visit can be ideal for follow-up care, medication adjustments, minor illness evaluation, or general health questions.

    Telehealth appointments improve continuity of care and make it easier to stay connected with your Primary Care provider without unnecessary travel.

Urgent Care Services

Testing & Drive-Thru Services

  • Yes. Drive-thru testing for the flu, COVID-19, and strep are all free for Holy City Med members. For non-members, the current pricing is:

    • Rapid COVID-19 test: $100

    • Drive-thru flu test: $20

    • Strep test + video visit: $40

    No appointment is required. Simply drive up during testing hours. Please note that testing hours end before clinic closing to allow for same-day processing.

  • Yes. Rapid COVID-19 testing is free for Holy City Med members. For non-members, the cost is $100 per test.

    Again, no appointment is needed. Patients can use the drive-thru testing service during designated hours, which end before clinic closing to ensure same-day results.
