A student living away from home or on campus. One flat price with everything switched on — no levels to choose. Each student is priced separately; there is no sibling rate.
Personal+
One adult, or two adults with no children at home. If you have children, the household moves to Family+.
Family+
Everyone living at one address — a partner, your children, a parent or grandparent, or a son or daughter over 18.
Household of one adult and one child. Each extra person is priced individually

How the Levels Work
The clinical care in the clinic is identical at every level. What changes is whether RX+, 24/7 Virtual Care+ and Mental Health+ are switched on. Not every plan runs all three — Student+ and Executive+ come with everything included, and the business plans run two.

Family+ starts at one adult and one child; each extra person is priced individually. Workforce+ and Advantage+ are priced per employee. Every membership has a 90-day minimum term, then continues month to month, and there is no registration fee.

Family+ is priced per person, not per household. You add everyone at checkout and the price builds as each one goes on.

- Registration feeNone. There is no sign-up or enrollment charge.
- First paymentTaken at signup. There is no trial period — the one exception is the Workforce+ $1 first month.
- Annual plansNot refunded if canceled. Your coverage runs to the end of the paid term.
- Minimum ageSix months. We are not able to take babies under six months old.
- InsuranceWe do not take insurance or Medicaid. A membership is not a substitute for insurance covering hospital stays or major surgery.
