Video visits are same day during clinic hours (Mon–Fri 8am–8pm, Sat 8am–5pm). Members get our same-day guarantee: request a video visit at least an hour before close and you’re seen that day — or that month is free.
Yes, when it’s appropriate. Your provider sends it straight to your pharmacy. Controlled medications (such as stimulants) need an in-person visit and can’t be prescribed by video.
