1. Our Commitment

Holy City Med LLC is committed to making holycitymed.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of providing care, not as an afterthought.

2. Standard We Aim For

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

3. What We Have Done

• Text and background colors are checked for sufficient contrast
• Images carry descriptive alternative text
• The site can be navigated by keyboard alone, without a mouse
• Menus, buttons, and interactive elements carry accessible labels for screen readers
• Headings follow a logical order so screen readers can move through a page sensibly
• The site is responsive and readable on phones, tablets, and desktop, and text can be enlarged without breaking the layout
• Links are written to make sense out of context, rather than relying on "click here"

4. Known Limitations

We are honest about where we are not there yet. Some third-party content embedded in our site — booking widgets, review feeds, and forms provided by outside services — is not fully under our control, and its accessibility may vary. We raise issues with those providers when we find them.

If you hit a barrier anywhere on the site, we want to know. We would rather fix it than have you work around it.

5. Getting Help Another Way

If any part of this website is not working for you, you do not need the website to get care. Call or text us on 843-465-9248 and we will help you directly, or simply walk in to either clinic during opening hours.
