No. Mental health is part of primary care at Holy City Med and is open to both members and non-members. Members pay $0; non-members pay $120 in person or $40 by video.
No. Walk in during operating hours at either clinic. Members can also book a video visit. Non-members who prefer telehealth can contact the clinic to arrange one.
It starts with a comprehensive assessment. Your provider reviews your history, current concerns, and goals, then works out the right course of care. For ADHD, bring any previous diagnosis records and recent lab work.
Yes — for anxiety and depression management, medication management of non-controlled medications, and check-ins. ADHD management and more complex presentations usually need an in-person visit.
Possibly, but it is never guaranteed. Prescriptions are based on clinical judgment. Controlled substances such as stimulants require careful assessment and cannot be prescribed by video.
Our providers are medical practitioners, not therapists. Mental Health+ covers counseling for a major life event, at the membership levels that carry it. For ongoing, open-ended talk therapy we refer to trusted partners like Open Path Collective, Seacoast Church Counseling, and Holy City Psychology.
Anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, adjustment disorders, grief and acute stress, sleep concerns tied to mood, mild OCD symptoms, and behavioral concerns in teens.
We coordinate a referral to a trusted Charleston psychiatrist or psychologist, share your records, and help you understand next steps — and we keep managing your primary care alongside them.
Yes, based on provider discretion. Many of our providers are comfortable managing anxiety and depression in teens, often in coordination with the patient’s pediatrician.
Non-stimulant options such as atomoxetine and guanfacine are available. Stimulants are controlled substances, prescribed at clinical discretion and never guaranteed — and they require an in-person visit, not telehealth.
No. We’re a self-pay clinic. Members pay nothing for visits; non-members pay $120 in person or $40 by video. That keeps pricing transparent with no surprise bills.

Not sure where to start?

Yes. Video visits are available for many mental health needs, including anxiety and depression care, medication management when appropriate, and follow-up visits. Some concerns or medications may require an in-person visit at your provider’s discretion.
