It’s built for the days you’re not well enough to sit in a waiting room, or when you’d rather not share one. Open to members and non-members, and ideal during flu season when limiting exposure matters.

No surprises. Members test free; non-members pay a simple per-test price. We don’t bill insurance.
Last drive-thru test is accepted at 7:30pm daily so your results stay same-day. Available at West Ashley and North Charleston.
When Drive-Thru Is the Right Call
Fast and contact-light for the right symptoms — but some things still need you inside. Drive-thru covers flu, strep and COVID only.
Drive-thru is right when…
- You have cold, flu, or respiratory symptoms and want a fast diagnosis
- You’re not well enough to sit in a waiting room
- You want to limit exposure to others
- You need a fast result to decide — work or stay home
- You need a quick prescription after a positive result
Come inside instead when…
- You need a full clinical exam
- Symptoms suggest something more serious needing in-person assessment
- You need lab work, X-rays, or IV treatment
- It may be an emergency — that’s ER care
If a test comes back positive, your provider can send a prescription right away. Members on an RX+ level fill acute medications at 70,000+ pharmacies nationwide using the Manifest card.
A full exam in the clinic, or a provider by video — same day, either way.
