Video visits are same day during clinic hours (Mon–Fri 8am–8pm, Sat 8am–5pm). Members get same-day access: request a video visit at least an hour before close and you’re seen that day.
Yes, when it’s appropriate. Your provider sends it straight to your pharmacy. Controlled medications (such as stimulants) need an in-person visit and can’t be prescribed by video.
Everyday needs like colds, flu, sinus infections, sore throats, allergies, pink eye, UTIs, rashes, prescription refills, mental health check-ins, results reviews and follow-ups. If something needs a hands-on exam, we’ll tell you.
